| I played a couple of times at a gamer meeting we had for a couple months in the town I live in. They had 6 TVs hooked up, 3 TVs back to back for both teams to play without cheating. Sheesh, it was epic. I was overwhelmed never have played before then.
I am sad the meetings got canceled. Lack of leadership and the whole thing fell apart. ><

| That sounds like it was fun. Niker used to be (still is?) leader of a gamer's club on the High school I used to go to. It was pretty fun too, they used to hook up games and play | |

| I kind of wish it would kick back up but I doubt I would go anymore. The people I used to game with dont live here anymore and I am pretty sure I know who would end up going to the meets. I would rather not be hanging out with them. | |

| It's not that I don't like them and it is not about them being "immature" :/ *tries to find the right words* When you see the same crowd of people coming in high and/or drunk all the time, acting like morons, it gets tiresome. Sure when sober they are pretty cool. The problem: finding them sober or in a right state of mind. ><
The other group I was thinking about are skater/biker buttheads, who like to cause trouble.

| Damn microsoft bashers. -.-. I personally like Halo. I just hate the tea bagger shit talkers that are everywhere. It's good if you're not looking for realism and just looking for a good shoot'em up bout. Wouldn't say it's the best game out there, but then again I don't really consider any game the "best". As far as story line goes? Yeah they totally developed that game for muliplayer so natrually the story line is going to lack. | |

| @Oddy: Oh, I see
@Baron: No one said anything about Microsoft at all, We were talking about HALO not Microsoft in general. Stop trying to make this into a Microsoft thing -,.,-"
As I said before it was ok

| I'm just saying, those who usually hate Halo, do not like Microsoft is all, and I'll leave it at that. End of microsoft discussion. XP
In anycase, most of my argument was about Halo not Microsoft =P
I did play the Reach multiplayer beta...It was kinda cool, kind of weird with the different power ups abilities. My bro didn't like it, but he's not a big Halo fan after playing COD:MW2.

| One of the times I remember playing my friends and I invented a game within the game. Like were were on a big open area and you had to race around on the vehicles. People on the ground had certain rules and people in vehicles had rules. I wish I remember what it was. My friend just made it up one day while bored it was so much fun. | |

| Riding around in the vehicles was fun, going around in the Banshee or Warthog | |

| Whats fun, is messing with the gravity settings in Halo 3, finding a map with an "alley" or "runway" type area and jousting with Plasma swords and Gravity dicks (gravity hammers) while jumping in the air...Get's pretty hairy. | |

| Hahaha, "Gravity Dicks"... That sounds fun, I would try that if I had it. I remember finding something for Halo cracked edition (for the computer) that made it have Halo 3 graphics, it was actually pretty cool (to me) that even a game like Halo 1 can be modified to have different themes, etc
I also remember an Ocarina of Time theme for Halo which was pretty kick ass. you get to play as Link and all the weapons where modified to be Zelda items, the horses where actually modified Warthogs

| its pretty fun, i've only got to play the cracked version that I downloaded though. The only problems with it is that there are mostly spanish servers and (to me) it seems laggy. I hear the version you buy is way better, but hard to find at Gamestop. I believe my brother managed to get it for $20 there | |

| Hard to find? Hardly, every time I stop into rip-off stop I see it sitting there amongst the dwindling section of PC games. No a lot of people I know even still play Halo 1. If I ever come across some money, I may buy it since I'm getting my friends old lap top soon... | |

| I know its hard to find in my area Its unfortunate that the PC section is going down, there so many good games that people are just falling out of (and no, I don't mean fucking WoW -,.,-; Diablo II: LoD is one of my personal favorites, even though I don't play it much anymore | |

| Yeah I loved Diablo II. Me and a few friends used to play it quite a bit, but no one fucking plays over PC anymore (my friends anyways)...Not to mention, too fucking lazy to read the Installation info document when torrenting it ¬.¬ | |
